• Independent vendors sell their own products
• Curious Colors also sells products directly

Curious Colors is not a party to transactions between customers and independent vendors and is not responsible for resolving claims or issuing refunds for vendor products.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Account Responsibilities

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Curious Colors does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Products & Listings

Vendor Products

• Created, priced, and managed by independent vendors
• Vendors are solely responsible for:
  
  • Accuracy of listings
  • Inventory management
  • Shipping and fulfillment

Curious Colors Products

• Sold directly by Curious Colors
• Managed and fulfilled by our team

Orders & Payments

• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe and other providers
• Curious Colors does not store full payment details

Orders may include:

• Vendor products
• Curious Colors products
• Or a combination of both

Shipping

• Vendor Orders: Shipped by the vendor
• Curious Colors Orders: Shipped by Curious Colors

Shipping times, methods, and costs may vary depending on the seller.

Refunds & Returns

• Vendor Products: Subject to each vendor’s individual policies
• Curious Colors Products: Subject to our platform refund policy

Disputes

• Customers should contact the vendor directly for issues related to vendor products
• Curious Colors may, at its discretion, assist in communication or dispute resolution between customers and vendors but is not obligated to do so.

Curious Colors does not guarantee resolutions, refunds, or exchanges for vendor transactions.

Marketplace Role

Curious Colors may facilitate payments between customers and vendors through third-party payment processors.

In certain cases, payments may be held, delayed, or reviewed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

Curious Colors reserves the right to intervene in transactions where necessary to protect the platform, users, or comply with legal obligations.

Curious Colors:

• Provides the marketplace infrastructure
• Does not own or control vendor products
• Is not responsible for vendor actions, listings, fulfillment, or policies

All transactions between customers and vendors are conducted independently of Curious Colors.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or interfere with platform operations
• Misrepresent products, services, or identity

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curious Colors is not liable for:

• Vendor product quality, safety, or legality
• Shipping delays, losses, or damages
• Disputes between customers and vendors
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
